How often do I get deliveries for my subscription?

For more savings and convenience, you can have your NZFOS+ Yacon Concentrate auto-shipped to you on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or two monthly basis.

Subscription pricing is subject to change at any time and at Yacon New Zealand’s sole discretion.

Yacon New Zealand Ltd has the right to suspend and/or cancel a recurring auto-ship order, if it believes (in its sole discretion), that the customer does not genuinely intend to participate in the auto-ship programme (i.e. the customer is purchasing with the intention of it being a one-time purchase).

Please note that once payment is processed for a recurring order, we are unable to cancel the order due to the shipping process having already begun.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

For international orders, zero tax rate is applied. New Zealand GST (15%) will be deducted from the order amount when billing address is set outside of New Zealand.

As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these may be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

What is the exchange rate applied?

When purchasing in a currency other than NZD, the exchange rate is retrieved from OFX, which guarantees the exchange rate at the time of check out.

We recommend paying for your order in the currency in which your payment method was issued. While you have the choice to pay in a different currency, doing so may cause your bank to charge an additional fee to convert that currency back to your home currency.
